Hey, I’m Jess!

I offer neurodivergent-affirming/grief and loss counselling as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) — I’m so glad you’re here!

I am not accepting new clients right now, but I have a waitlist. I am still offering consultations for those interested in being added to the waitlist.

No one ever shamed themselves into better mental health.
— K. C. Davis, How to Keep House While Drowning

Whether you are here because you are grieving, mourning, neurodivergent, or all of the above, welcome! I understand that it is usually a journey to get here. Maybe this is your first time seeking counselling support, or maybe you have been to many counsellors and are looking for a different approach. Either way, I am happy to connect with you!

My approach is warm, adaptable, collaborative, and truth-centered, as I work mostly with folks who are neurodivergent and/or grieving — and people who want to become more comfortable with their uncomfortable emotions through loss and change.

My goal is to provide individuals with space to share their stories, time to acknowledge their pain, and tools to help with processing and perspective. If this sounds like it would be helpful, I encourage you to learn more through my website and reach out!
